Digital Learning Technologies untuk Pelatihan Kepolisian dalam Era Digital Policing

Era digital policing menuntut transformasi fundamental dalam sistem pelatihan kepolisian untuk mengembangkan kompetensi digital personel yang memadai. Penelitian ini menganalisis efektivitas implementasi teknologi pembelajaran digital dalam pelatihan kepolisian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur terhadap publikasi ilmiah yang relevan periode 2015-2024. Analisis mencakup evolusi teknologi pembelajaran digital, efektivitas modalitas pembelajaran, tantangan implementasi, dan implikasi strategis untuk konteks Indonesia.
Temuan menunjukkan evolusi teknologi pembelajaran digital melalui tiga generasi, dari sistem pembelajaran berbasis komputer sederhana menuju pembelajaran adaptif berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Pembelajaran campuran terbukti paling efektif dibandingkan pembelajaran digital penuh atau tradisional. Dukungan organisasi, khususnya dukungan kepemimpinan, menjadi prediktor terkuat kesuksesan implementasi terhadap hasil pembelajaran. Personalisasi pembelajaran menghasilkan peningkatan 45% dalam hasil pembelajaran dibandingkan pendekatan konvensional.
Tantangan utama meliputi kesenjangan digital antara wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, resistensi budaya organisasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan kompleksitas adaptasi kontekstual. Implikasi strategis menekankan pentingnya keselarasan teknologi, sumber daya manusia, dan proses organisasi, serta lokalisasi konten untuk konteks Indonesia.
Penelitian memberikan kontribusi teoretis melalui validasi Model Penerimaan Teknologi dalam organisasi hierarkis dan menyediakan framework praktis implementasi teknologi pembelajaran digital untuk institusi kepolisian Indonesia.
